my mum showed me this art events guide mag lying around at home the other day and since JOHN WIDDER said that we should go to more art galleries and do more feldman critiques, i've circled some that i can visit during this week... and there are 19... so now how do i decide which to go to?... i plan on going tomorrow with cheryl if she wants... haha or i'll just drag her along...

hey cheryl, can we go before we go into the art room? still meet at 12...but for one of these instead?... so john has one less reason to yell at us...?

    this is whats available:

    • From Scotland to Singapore (wildlife)
    • Epson's Circle of Life Exhibition (a bunch of amateur artists displaying paintings of nature in Singapore)
    • Colours ... A Wild Romance (dutch painters - expressionist paintings)
    • Moments of Light (local guy's work)

    • David Chan's Genetic Wonderland (his work encourages viewers to question perconceived concepts and reality)
    • Seni Singapore 2004 (contemporary south-east asian and asian art)
    • NUSian ARt (work by NUS staff and students)
    • From the land of the Ottoman sultans - palace treasures from turkey (artefacts)
    • Embracing infinity: Works by Tan Swie Hian (Buddhism, literature and asian asthetic traditions)
    • Ways of Seeing Chinese Art (ceramic, jade, bronzes)
    • To their astonishment - drawings by lak-khee (visual mythology of princes and queens of old Temasek)
    • Panoramayana: Depictions of ramayana in southeast asia (photographs)
    • Moving on: Contemporary Chinese Art (from painting and printmaking to sculpture and photography)

    • Coffee or Tea? (collection of philatelic material of coffee beans and tea leaves from all over the world)
    • Crossroads (modern art - from the 1960's and 1970's)
    • Colette, A Portrait of Life (a series of letters, photographs, manuscripts, etc. in commemoration of the 50th anniversary of French writer Colette's death)

Ok so there's all 19...its kinda obvious that we're definitely not going to some... but CHERYL....DECIDE!!!!
