    I'm home and still swaying.

For the past 5 days and 4 nights I've been eating, sleeping, and relaxing on a luxurious houseboat with 7 friends. The "Flat White" had 6 bedrooms, a living and dining area, and most significantly, it had a heated spa which we made use of fully during this winter season.

We passed the days just enjoying the nature around us, with the pelicans, swans, ducks and kookaburras flying around, keeping us company.

Unfortunately this trip had to come to an end, and we left our beloved "Flat White" at the dock.

As we are all back, safe and sound, on land, we not only miss the boat and the nature around it for its activities, but the sea misses us too! All 8 of us are still experiencing some of the same swaying as we felt from our last night on the boat (from the gale force winds). Hopefully it fades away soon!

Now I'm counting down the hours till tomorrow's ceremony, where all graduating 3rd years can collect their well deserved, hard earned medals which signify the successful completion of the Swiss Hotel Association Diploma. Amanda was asked by Kevin (3rd yr coordinator) to make a speech tomorrow. So I will wait with bated breath to hear what inspirational and encouraging words she has for us.

My next post will probably be from Singapore, of the good food I've had, or of my Hong Kong trip!

    Take care everyone!

I guess this is a beautiful mistake too...5:30 PM

4 Exams for the End of semester

    (in order)
    Facilities and Environmental Management
    Business Economics
    Wine 3 Theory and Tasting
    Rooms Division Management

then a chilled out 2 weeks later, its the medal ceremony.... moment of truth...

will it be a gold, silver, or bronze medal?

will my efforts have paid off?

I guess this is a beautiful mistake too...9:27 AM
