today was my first day of work... i have to say it was very interesting and potentially could become quite hectic once i start answering the phones. we receive calls from pretty much EVERYWHERE!! and like... well all calls vary... there arent any of the same ones... DUH!! so anyway today i just buddied up with this really experience woman who was moving at what seemed like the speed of light.... hmph... so anyway by the end of today ive pretty much got the concept... but well ive only been there 1 day... some people take around a month to actually get to answering the calls... so for now i'm content just listening in on the experts answering the calls... haha :) btw if you're wondering what job it is... you can ask me... as bad as this may sound and how people interpret this... i probably wont tell u that much about what im doing and what exactly is going on unless im kinda close to u... hope everyone understands:) anyway theres a brieffing everyday for new updates of who's who and other impt info that we might need to tell people when they ask. so yeah... people around are really friendly... and oh yah one more thing... i cant use my phone during work cause it might interfere with the office lines and well... the other most obvious reason... I'M WORKING!! haha... dont get paid to sms rite:P haha... so yup thats all for now!
