    Last saturday, the 4 of us went out for dinner at this restaurant called The Greedy Goose. It's one of the better fine dining restaurants in Adelaide. And the food and service at the place did not fail our expectations! We even had complimentary grapfruit sorbet to clense our palates in between entrees and mains. how cool is that! :D we also spent 3 hours at dinner just chatting away! its really been too long since the 4 of us have spent time like this, bonding and getting closer.

    Tomorrow I have this research assignment due that I have to slog over today; then on this coming Saturday, there will be a campus party organised by the council, where you dress up as something beginning with the first letter of your first name. So i'll be going as a mummy... as in the wrapped up egyptian kind :)

    Pictures from the fine dining dinner will come up soon when i get them from edwin's camera :)

    yet another school week has passed ever so quickly!

    I really cant wait to fly off to canada on the superly long flight to see all my relatives again! and definitely cant wait to see my big sister get married!! :)

    the past two days have been my cooking classes, and ive made some really delicious dishes.

    "Filet de Boeuf au Poivre" - Peppered fillet of Beef with a Brandy and Peppercorn Cream Sauce
    "Crepes a la Normande" - Thin French Pancakes in the style of Normandy (apple flavoured)
    "Creme de Cresson aux Coquilles St Jacques" - Cream of watercress soup with scallops
    "Pintade Braisee au Chou a la Morvandelle" - Braised guinea fowl with cabbage in the style of the Morvan
    "Savarin aux Fraises avec Creme Chantilly" - A rich yeast cake flavoured with rum and decorated with fresh strawberries and Creme Chantilly

    Last night i just got back from my holiday in melbourne. I managed to meet up with steph, terence, and also meet some of edwin's and edmund's friends from ip. We also went to yarra valley to see a winery. Most of the trip was just shopping, so I didnt take many pictures. Here are just some though.
