i had my bar practical exam today.
im happy with the time that i completed the drinks in.
we all had to make a round of 5 drinks:
1 aperitif
1 plain beer
1 mixed beer
1 fancy mixed drink
1 common mixed drink
the round was given on a piece of paper, then we had to memorize the drinks, then we had to start making it when the time started. to just pass, we have to make the 5 drinks, ring it up on the till, get the receipt checked by our lecturer, and go to the outside of the bar to serve the drinks up to the table, then lastly change the dirty ashtray. if the receipt is printed wrongly, we have to do another one... which also counts in the time. oh yes and all this should be done in 7-8 minutes to pass... if its 8:01 minutes then a resit is needed. merit is between 6 and 7 minutes and to score a full score its 5 mins and 20 seconds and under.
alright i was blabbering... but yah... i did well.. and very surprised at the time i did it in. with no mistakes too!!! :)

tequila & lemonade, schooner of beer, black and tan (mixed beer), campari orange, and bloody mary
