the past two days have been my cooking classes, and ive made some really delicious dishes.
"Filet de Boeuf au Poivre" - Peppered fillet of Beef with a Brandy and Peppercorn Cream Sauce
"Crepes a la Normande" - Thin French Pancakes in the style of Normandy (apple flavoured)
"Creme de Cresson aux Coquilles St Jacques" - Cream of watercress soup with scallops
"Pintade Braisee au Chou a la Morvandelle" - Braised guinea fowl with cabbage in the style of the Morvan
"Savarin aux Fraises avec Creme Chantilly" - A rich yeast cake flavoured with rum and decorated with fresh strawberries and Creme Chantilly
